Mrs Meier's Clean Day products.

I buy this at Fred Meyer (Kroeger in some areas.) They make dish soap, counter cleaner, pump air freshener, dish and clothes soap. They are really nice, do the job really well, but the biggest attraction to me is the wonderful fragrances they do. I've used ginger, geranium, sweet pea, and peppermint. It's aromatherapy to use their stuff because it smells so good. The ginger air freshener is wonderful, and the geranium dish soap is excellent. They bring out new fragrances as the seasons change. And, this is important, a little goes a long way. Definitely give these a try if you see them. The price is a bit steep, but so worth it.

That sounds like a good line of products, but unfortunately I don't think we have those stores in this area. I wonder if there are similar products at Costco, WalMart or Canadian Tire?

In the past I have used some Febreeze air fresheners, which apparently are pet-friendly.

I don't think that these will, stav; my husband has allergies as well and these don't bother him! They aren't made with any harmful chemicals, yet they work so well!
At least in the US, there are websites for both Fred Meyer (you might also try Ralphs, an affiliate store) and Kroeger, you could see if you can access these and buy the Mrs. Meiers. Costco, perhaps, could order for you.
