Theresa, your site is interesting but very complicated for the user, in my opinion. It took me two clicks on 'products' to actually get to the products and then there wasn't any images of the actual product or pricing. It's probably elsewhere, but my suggestion is to make your website more user friendly and let customers find your products quickly. Just my two cents.
