I read a while ago that Arby's was going to be opening its first green restaurant in Texas. I guess much of its electricity will be from renewable resources and everything else will be environmentally friendly as well.

So I'm in support of Arby's and that's good cause I'm a sucker for their roast beef sandwiches with a dab of Arby's sauce  .

Thanks for the info. I used to enjoy going to Arby's, but I haven't been there in a long time.

By the way, do they have some relatively health conscious menu choices like most other fast food restaurants now?

I know they are primarily a roast beef shop, but I wish they'd do a veggie option for us non-meat eaters. There are quite a few very good faux meat slices now, I wish they'd try one!

Speaking of free stuff, in my area McDonald's was giving away a bunch of their "higher end" coffee samples, trying to compete with the other coffee shops. I think that's over here now - Sorry, I should have mentioned that sooner I guess.

I've also fairly recently found that you can order some coupons online to be sent to you to use at Costco. Every little bit helps.
