This is one of the saddest things I've ever seen.

The slaughter will continue as long as there is a demand for their pelts. I don't know how, in an age of synthetic fibers, people still have a need to own real fur even if it means killing hundreds (or thousands) of defenseless baby animals.

What a sad commentary on the human race.

ugh!this is just plain sad! why can't people just live without real skin of animals!

aww man that's harsh of them.. we're already losing the polar bears and now they're killing seals.. brutal people

If you could only get the same outrage from people about aborting kids. Instead we hang our heads low about seals.

I totally agree with you on the abortion issue. I think it's barbaric what happens in abortion clinics all across the country!

That doesn't make the plight of the baby seals any less tragic though.
