Is this for real?

I just came across a website: http://watercarpro.com

It is selling a digital book (with some other ebooks bonuses) about how you can run your car on water.
How does this work?

..., you'll be using electricity from your car's battery to convert water into a gas called HHO (two hydrogen and one oxygen). HHO is also known as Brown's Gas or Hydroxy, and it burns HEAPS of energy.

If that is for real, of course the method will not only help the environment but also save our budget. But, yeah, I am a bit unsure. The website with its typical sales letters looks like a scam. What do you think?

Hmm... I'm thinking not.

Don't you think it would be worth more than $47 if it were real?

Don't want to be skeptic, but I agree with you. If that is for real, I guess the technology would have been spread and applied around the world. But I believe that in the future, we can make it possible and we can run our cars on water. So far, the only person who could convert water to electric power is Dr. Emma Russell, Simon Templar's friend LOL.

I agree with the others. While it's something that might be possible in the future, I think if this were real, we'd hear about it a lot more and it certainly wouldn't be that cheap.
