I am (nearly) a life-long vegetarian who really enjoys cooking fine, meat-free dinners for family and friends, and basically evangelize vegetarianism to anyone who cares to listen. I am heartened to see recycling become more and more popular, and see all the uses recycled stuff is put to. This weekend I bought a roll of 100% recycled aluminum foil; it was a real "moment" for me!
