I have come across a product that is a ceramic and goes on like paint. It won't allow for 95% of heat to load onto any surface so it cuts down your energy from 30%-70% depending on how much surface you coat. It will last over 20 years and is LEED certified, Energy Star Certified, USGBC Certified and is a gold rated "cradle to cradle" Green product. The ROI is almost always less then 2 years, not including the tax breaks you get for applying it. This product works 100% of the time, and is really amazing.
