Weather Manipulation with Extreme Low Frequency Sound Waves
Scientists are working with ELF(extremely low frequency) sound waves to manipulate the earth's weather patterns. The theory behind it is to use high power ELF waves to heat the ionosphere and create a 'bubble' in the upper atmosphere. The ionosphere surrounds the earth at 40 to 60 miles above the surface and by creating a 'bubble' it allows the the earth's atmosphere to expand into the vacant space thereby changing the flow of the earth's jet stream. Preliminary studies have shown this can affect climate across the globe by causing drought in some areas and extreme rain and flooding in others.
My question to you... If scientists can learn to use this weather manipulation to help regulate the earth climate, is it worth the adverse conditions it might cause to our natural environment?
